sometimes as a student, as a worker...we might think that our day is so stress.. painfull..sorrowful..
so there are only take a few minutes to warm up our body, make we'll forgt all the problem and find a peaceful.. just follow this rule..let do it babeh!!!!

for the intro..take a deep breath a few times(taici alike)..

do like this..to make ur shoulder and ur neck feel a bit free..

move ur hand..1..2.. heeeyaaaahhh!!!.. repeat 3 times

then move to right slowly turn to the left..

move to the left then to the right..

follow this..dun make any sounds..hit as hard as u can 2 make u feel fresh.. no more sleepy

then shake ur leg and ur body..move it move it like we've no problem

then do the happy move

then turn to aggresive way.move as fast as u can..dun care what ppls are going to say..just do it,.

throw all ur stress away and away..1..2..3 go

spin ur head slowly..1...2...3...4...5...6..10 owwyeahh peaceful

then see ur face n body in the mirror...keep ur body moving (dance a bit)..see how nice ur body,,


finally..we r now happy..just dance like this crazy rabbit..dancing and dancing lalalala...
